Job description:

  • Associated with the responsibility for the implementation of the Supply Chain processes supporting company projects in both spare parts supplying and logistics solutions;
  • Negotiate better deals and monitor all purchasing activities;
  • Ensure the availability of spare parts to minimise the aircraft downtime;
  • Ensure that all materials are in compliance with the regulations and best commercial conditions;
  • Parts administration using OASES system;
  • Stock replenishment monitoring and arrangement;
  • Logistics coordination;
  • Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Higher aviation education;
  • Good negotiation and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in team;
  • Very good English verbal and written communication skills;
  • Previous work experience in airlines environment would be an advantage.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Control and check completed maintenance documentation for correctness in accordance with MOE and the customers’ requirements;
    • Collect necessary statistical data about maintenance manpower for economical statistics – line function;
    • Prepare necessary reports as needed after aircraft maintenance, line function;
    • Scan and file the maintenance records into the digital archives;
    • Keep the track of usage and order necessary maintenance documentation blanks and consumable materials as printers’ cartridges, printing paper and similar;
    • Prepare any reports and perform other such duties as may be required by the immediate superior;
    • Prepare invoice documentation for completed line maintenance events, labour part;
    • Prepare monthly statistics files of line manpower utilization for Finance department and for Head of Line maintenance;
    • Communicate with other company departments for arrangements flight tickets / accommodation / Airport IDs / and etc for Line maintenance personnel;
    • Control and monitor working MHRs and roster of Line maintenance personnel, check and approve Timesheets.

    Requirements:

    • Good knowledge and skills in computer systems;
    • To be able to read, write and communicate in English language;
    • Education in aviation field and knowledge of MRO organisation processes would be considered as advantage.
