Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Liaisons between component repair vendors and Aviatic MRO for the repair of the unserviceable rotable parts inventory;
  • Reviews component repair quotes for cost comparison to fair market value;
  • Provides piece parts to repair vendors to help control cost of repairs;
  • Creates, reviews and issues repair orders;
  • Evaluates inventory levels to monitor what parts are sent to repair;
  • Evaluates vendor capabilities to distribute allocation of business sent to one facility;
  • Recommends vendors be added to the approved vendor list based on capability;
  • Processes warranty claims with the equipment manufacturer and component vendors;
  • Coordinates the turnaround time of all rotable and repairable components;
  • Coordinates with Inventory Control and logistics to position the required inventory levels system wide;
  • Develops vendor contacts for direct working relationships with associated repair shops;
  • Expedites all exchange cores to minimize exposure;
  • Expedites rotable/repairable units for heavy checks.

Requirements:

  • Previous airline / aviation experience preferred;
  • University (or equivalent) degree;
  • Self-initiative and ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Skill in problem solving and decision making/analysis;
  • Ability to be polite, considerate, and an effective communicator in stressful situations;
  • Ability to research and analyze information and make recommendations to effectively determine pricing and maintain vendor information and preference;
  • Good English skills;
  • Excellent computer skills.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • The responsibilities of storekeeper‘s include receiving, stocking and inspecting parts and equipment needed for the day-to-day tasks of aviation mechanics and maintenance workers;
    • Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders;
    • Maintains and files appropriate records;
    • Complies with company policies and procedures;
    • Maintains warehouse area in a safe clean and orderly manner;
    • Shipping and receiving of A/C components expendable material and A/C tooling systems-wide;
    • Pulls material and transfers to support line maintenance;
    • Conduct cycle counts on inventory and audits of controlled material and other inventory functions;
    • Perform other duties or functions as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • General knowledge of warehousing procedures and regulations;
    • Good standard of English language;
    • Computer literacy (IT base knowledge MS office program package);
    • Driver’s license, Cat. B;
    • Excellent record (criminal records for security and airport pass necessary).

      • Ensure management practices, procedures and resources are implemented in an effective and efficient manner;
      • Coach, Mentor and Develop the maintenance team at all levels to maximize individual’s potential and contribution to the wider Company’s strategies and to retain staff.

      Requirements:

      • Higher education;
      • Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial position, preferably in aviation industry;
      • Deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company;
      • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision;
      • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles;
      • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices;
      • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills;
      • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills;
      • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
